You have 14 days upon purchase date or date of package delivery date to exchange your item or obtain store credit for future purchase. Item(s) warranted for store credit/exchange must be unworn, with original tag(s) attached, and in original condition with original receipt present/included upon return.
ALL SALE ITEMS, PROMOTIONAL SALE ITEMS, MARKDOWNS, SWIMWEAR, BODYSUITS, AND UNDERGARMENTS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
IF AN ITEM GOES ON SALE AFTER YOU PURCHASED IT FOR FULL PRICE, WE WILL NOT PRICE ADJUST.

Returning items that are shipped to you needs to be authorized by The Geisha House via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Items warranted for store credit or an exchange will be authorized with a return authorization form emailed to your specified email; this form must be properly filled out and included with your item(s) that are sent back to us. Not until we physically receive the item(s) are we able to further proceed with your store credit/exchange. The Geisha House is not responsible for lost/stolen packages when attempted to ship returns back to us, nor can we return any shipping costs. The Geisha House associates have the right to reject any returns upon their discretion.
EXAMPLES OF PAST REJECTED RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
1. Hemming a style
2. Smoke odor (cigarette etc)
3. Worn items
4. Washed items smelling of laundry detergent
5. Makeup + sunless tanner
RETURNING A PACKAGE
1. Read the returns & exchanges policy prior to sending packages back
2. Include a copy of your Return Authorization form (RA), filled out & included in your shipping parcel. YOU MUST ALSO CLEARLY WRITE YOUR RA # ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR PARCEL OR WE WILL REJECT YOUR SHIPMENT.
3. Place item(s) in a securely sealed shipping container with your shipping label securely attached to your parcel.

5. Find a local USPS, FedEx, DHL or UPS store to send package out.
6. We will email/call you when we receive your package and process your return/exchange.
7. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.
